The company is committed to the fact that the product received is of the same technical characteristics and qualities that appear on its website. If you wish to cancel or return an order, consult the terms below.

 

SHIPPING

Only delivery to mainland Spain, which is for free. If you are interested from another place, please contact us.

 

IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DEFECTIVE, BROKEN OR IN BAD CONDITION

The customer: must notify it in a maximum of 48 hours from the delivery of the order, sending a photograph of the defective products to the email henlo@jakobslandbrewers.es or by calling the company’s contact number: +34 659 09 06 31.

The company: a carrier will pick up the package with the defective merchandise within a maximum period of 5 working days from when the notice is received and the product will be returned to the customer’s address within approximately 3 – 7 days. (Except for breakages of stock and circumstances external to the company, in which case the client will be notified).

This operation entails no costs for the customer.

 

RETURNS

1. EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT

– If the customer wants to exchange the item for another one, he/she will have a period of 5 working days once the package is received to communicate it to the company at the mail address henlo@jakobslandbrewers.com or by calling the company’s contact number: +34 659 09 06 31.

Products that have been opened cannot be exchanged, even if they have not been consumed.

– On the part of the company: a carrier will pick up the package within 5 working days of the reception of the notice and the new requested item will be delivered as soon as possible within a period of approximately 3 – 7 days. (Except for breakages of stock and circumstances external to the company, in which case the client will be notified).

In this process, the client will assume the transport costs, of which he/she will be notified beforehand.

 

2. RETURN THE PRODUCT

– If the client decides to return the item and does not purchase another product, he/she will have a period of 5 working days to communicate it at the mail address henlo@jakobslandbrewers.com or by calling the company’s contact number: +34 659 09 06 31.

Products that have been opened cannot be returned, even if they have not been consumed.

– On the part of the company: a carrier will pick up the package within 5 working days of the reception of the notice. The amount will be reimbursed to the customer’s account when the after-sales department checks that the item has been received in perfect condition.

In this process, the client will assume the transport costs, of which he/she will be notified beforehand.
